Just some early morning thoughts from me to you…
“Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will also help you, I will also uphold you with My righteous right hand.”
Isaiah 41: 10 (NASB)“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.”
John 3: 16-17 (NIV)Look here, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we are going to a certain town and will stay there a year. We will do business there and make a profit.” How do you know what your life will be like tomorrow? Your life is like the morning fog—it’s here a little while, then it’s gone.
James 3: 13-14 (NLT)“If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.”
Romans 10: 9-10 (NIV)“I heard a loud shout from the throne, saying, ‘Look, God’s home is now among his people! He will live with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them. He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.’
And the one sitting on the throne said, ‘Look, I am making everything new!’ And then he said to me, ‘Write this down, for what I tell you is trustworthy and true.’ And he also said, ‘It is finished! I am the Alpha and the Omega—the Beginning and the End. To all who are thirsty I will give freely from the springs of the water of life. All who are victorious will inherit all these blessings, and I will be their God, and they will be my children.’”

All passages of promise, from God’s Word.
Promises of hope for the days in our life remaining—here on earth.
Pathways of hope through the struggles, tears, heartaches, anxiety, and uncertainty which overwhelms us at times.
And the promise of the eternal pathway available to us—assuring we will spend eternity with Christ, after our time here on earth ends.
The billboard said—
“There is absolutely nothing more important in your life right now than making sure that you know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.”
But too many leave that critical opportunity to assure our eternal life with Christ for another day, forgetting as Jesus’ brother James reminds us, we are not promised tomorrow.
To settle our relationship with Jesus Christ, assuring us of eternity with Him.
To settle once and for all, His place in our lives and hearts, and the location of our life after our time here on earth, with Christ in eternity.
During his life on earth, the Reverend Billy Graham often shared this—
“Some day you will read or hear that Billy Graham is dead. Don’t you believe a word of it. I shall be more alive than I am now. I will just have changed my address. I will have gone into the presence of God.”
Reverend Graham also offered this truth for you and me to remember and share—
“Your future does not depend on the world situation, however grim it might become. It depends on what happened 2,000 years ago at the cross and your acceptance or rejection of the Prince of Peace.”
The beautiful song “One Day (When We All Get to Heaven)” shares these words of promise to aspire to that moment where we celebrate our first step into our eternal home with Christ in Heaven—
“One day You’ll make everything new, Jesus.
One day You will bind every wound.
The former things shall all pass away, no more tears.
One day You’ll make sense of it all, Jesus.
One day every question resolved.
Every anxious thought left behind, no more fear…
One day we will see face to face, Jesus.
Is there a greater vision of grace.
And in a moment, we shall be changed, on that day.
And one day we’ll be free, free indeed.
Jesus, one day all this struggle will cease,
And we will see Your glory revealed, on that day…
When we all get to heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be.
When we all see Jesus,
We’ll sing and shout the victory.
We’ll sing and shout the victory…”
Our lives here, now on earth.
Our lives then, where?
Make sure they are with Christ, for eternity.
